Nominate an exceptional young individual to be considered for a feature in ACES Elite Youth Magazine. We honor youth who exemplify leadership, creativity, academic excellence, community engagement, and athletic achievement.

If a nomination is accepted, the parent or legal guardian of the featured youth must complete a Consent and Release Form authorizing the publication of the youth’s image, name, and accomplishments. The parent or guardian is responsible for providing high quality photographs of the youth or ensuring the youth’s attendance at a scheduled photoshoot at ACES Headquarters within the designated timeframe corresponding to the issue in which the feature will appear.

By granting consent, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees that the youth’s likeness and related materials may be used, reproduced, and distributed across ACES Elite Youth Magazine’s website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

Upon acceptance of a nomination, the submitter will be notified no less than three (3) months prior to the release of the issue featuring the youth. All parties involved—including the submitter, the featured youth, and their parent or guardian—will be required to execute a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prohibiting any disclosure of the feature prior to the official publication date.
